There are not enough words to describe how wonderful it was to work with Lydia at Viva Travel and Voyage! My husband is 50% Greek and knew he wanted us to travel to Greece for our first wedding anniversary. We were really lost on where to even begin and then we started working with Lydia. She found Celestyal Cruises for us and helped us navigate as we started to plan some island hopping on our own. Thanks to her, we got to visit 10 different locations in 15 days. And most of the locations were much more remote/less touristy than the larger cruises can do. Communication was always readily accessible, and the app she uses actually let us know different things (like flight delays) before the airline apps or the boards at the airport. Everything we asked for she made sure happen, including different excursions, a special anniversary package, specific room setup, and a variety of upgrades. Lydia alone substantially improved our experience. We will definitely use Viva Travel and Voyage for any trips in the future.
